Slow Flow Yoga
This is a great place to begin or continue your practice. Breathe and flow into movements connected by the breath. Slow down to build a foundation for your practice, learn to move from your core, and connect mind and body. This class is open to all levels including beginners and anyone looking to relax.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Breathe, sweat and have fun as you dial up the intensity. This class is for you if you want to move, flow, connect with the breath and balance. Open to all levels. Unwind upper body tension as you hone your alignment and ground through the legs and core. Energize yourself from deep within and quiet the mind through movement.

Yoga Sculpt
Enjoy a vinyasa flow style class with an emphasis on strengthening and toning your core, arms and legs.  Connect breath and movement and feel the strength of moving from your center. Open to all levels.

Zumba
Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  That's exactly what the Zumba® program is all about.  It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that's moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Family Yoga
Have fun with your family. Yoga is great for any age. Enjoy movement and laughter, and learn techniques for relaxation and creating focus. Open to parents or guardians and kids ages 6 and up.
