Class Descriptions
Sprinting for Speed
Advanced class, this class will start out slow and easy for the first 10 minutes. You will work very hard during the sprints with short recovery time between the sprints. The last 15 minutes will be cool down.
Cycling and Core Workout
30 minutes on the RealRyder® Bikes will be interval work engaging your core by leaning the bikes side to side. The remainder of the class instructor will have you working your core on the yoga mat. This workout is sure to strengthen your core.
Endurance Ride
This 60-minute ride will test and increase your athletic endurance in varying road-like situations. Most of this class will hold your heart rate steady in the aerobic zone with brief stints at or above your anaerobic threshold. Expect to burn LOTS of calories, build lung capacity and gain a ton of muscle endurance in this class.
Level 1 Pedal Wild
Entry level class offering one-on-one RealRyder® bike set up. This class will teach the students how to properly lean the bike from side to side as well as terns that are used in many other cycling classes. This class was designed to burn calories and have fun.
Level 2 Pedal Wild
This class will involve a hill like climbing techniques. You should plan to pace yourself through this class. The RealRyder® bikes we use work the upper body extremely hard during time spent out of the saddle. You won't feel guilty all weekend.
Pedal Wild Cycling and Yoga
Cycling and yoga combo class starts with 15 minutes of warm up and bike set up. Make sure your bike is set up comfortably for your body to have the optimal cycling experience. Get your legs moving and your core warm. After 15 minutes sharp, guided cycling instruction begins. For the next 30 minutes, we will Pedal Wild. Cycling is followed by 30 minutes of yoga. Stretch, strengthen and relax on your yoga mat. This class is a very good way to help yourself feel good while having plenty of time left in your day. This class will give you a taste of how an elite cyclist prepares for races and stays fit and flexible both on and off season.
The RealRyder Experience
In this class the instructor will spend much of the time teaching you many different ways to ride the RealRyder® bikes in a turning like motion. Plan to give your core a great workout.
